♦ Descrizione: Anche in questo dipinto ho risentito fortemente della pittura metafisica delle piazze del grande Maestro De Chirico.
Ho utilizzato i colori di un ambiente desertico per il tono caldo che si sposa magnificamente con il blu del cielo, collocando degli edifici abbandonati.
Oltre al richiamo magico del cubo lievitante ho scelto la scultura (Nike di Samotracia) anche se maldestramente riprodotta per porre una domanda suggestiva: dove sono gli antichi abitanti?

♦ Description: Also in this painting I was strongly affected by the metaphysical painting of the squares of the great Maestro De Chirico. I used the colors of a desert environment for the warm tone that blends beautifully with the blue of the sky, placing abandoned buildings. In addition to the magical appeal of the leavening cube, I chose the sculpture (Nike of Samothrace) even if clumsily reproduced to ask a suggestive question: where are the ancient inhabitants?
